Legal Framework

The technical and regulatory architecture governing the LabVera ecosystem. This document outlines our intellectual property, data handling constraints, and user engagement protocols.

Last Revised: January 15, 2026 v.4.1.0-STABLE

Proprietary Core & Assets

All software, codebases, engine modifications, and visual interfaces hosted on LabVera and associated applications are the exclusive property of LabVera (© 2026-2026 LabVera Pro). Our proprietary game engine architecture is protected under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and international copyright treaties.

The reproduction, redistribution, or reverse engineering of our compiled binaries and shader assets is strictly prohibited. While we encourage community interaction, any "Build-Log" metadata or telemetry formats exported by our apps remain our intellectual property and are provided under a limited-use license only.

Security vs Openness

Development Governance Matrix

  • Reverse Engineering: Prohibited to maintain engine integrity and prevent exploit vector exposure.
  • Modding Support: Permitted only through sanctioned SDKs to ensure sandbox safety and GDPR compliance.
  • UGC Ownership: High-fidelity player creations are licensed to LabVera for display while retaining primary creator attribution.

User Data & Session Logic

We operate under a strict "Minimum Viable Data" philosophy. Our applications prioritize performance telemetry over personal identifiers.

Collection Limits

We aggregate non-personally identifiable information (NPII) including frame-rate variance, device thermal state, and input latency. This data is pruned every 30 days.

Third-Party Sync

Integration with Steam or Epic Games occurs via secure OAuth2 tunnels. LabVera does not store your external platform passwords.

Accessibility Standards

All web interfaces comply with WCAG 2.1 AA. We utilize high-contrast modes and screen-reader optimized DOM structures by default.

Vulnerability Reporting

Security researchers may contact info@labvera.pro for coordinated disclosure. We offer safe harbor for ethical testing within sandbox environments.

Decision Lens: Licensing & Digital Assets

How we balance user participation with platform stability. Before interacting with virtual items, consider these structural constraints.

01

Non-Permanent License

Digital goods (skins, assets) are licensed access rights, not permanent ownership claims. These assets are non-transferable outside the LabVera ecosystem.

02

Maintenance Discontinuity

Uptime is targeted at 99.9%. However, scheduled maintenance or engine shifts may render older assets deprecated or visually altered over time.

03

Age-Gate Verification

Certain titles require USK/PEGI verification. We reserve the right to restrict content based on confirmed localized age ratings.

Questions Investors & Partners Should Ask

How does LabVera handle EU data sovereignty?

All primary databases are located on Frankfurt-based servers, ensuring strict adherence to GDPR's data localization requirements.

Are third-party libraries independently audited?

Yes. We maintain a static list of audited open-source dependencies (e.g., Unity core, OpenSSL) updated quarterly for security parity.

What is the dispute resolution protocol?

We require a 30-day internal mediation period via info@labvera.pro before any formal arbitration proceedings are initiated.

Does LabVera claim rights to user-created mods?

No. Creators retain copyright to original logic, while LabVera retains rights to the underlying engine hooks and display hosting.

How is service availability guaranteed?

We utilize redundant failover clusters across multiple AWS regions (Primary: EU-Central-1) to mitigate hardware-level interruptions.

Key Compliance Takeaway

While LabVera strives for total mechanical transparency, software is an evolving artifact. Legal robustness often shifts in alignment with new Snapdragon benchmarks or EU regulatory updates. Our approach favors technical stability over rapid monetization pivots, ensuring a safer jurisdiction for high-spend digital assets.

Method Note: Reliability & Evaluative Metrics

Reliability at LabVera isn’t a marketing metric—it’s an engineering constraint. We evaluate system robustness through real-world "Stress Test" logs rather than synthetic benchmarks. This includes simulating frame-rate stability on mid-range Android devices and verifying GDPR pruning triggers across high-load database sessions.

When we claim 99.9% uptime, we exclude scheduled "Developer Trace" maintenance windows occurring Tuesdays at 02:00 CET. These windows are critical for patching vulnerabilities and ensuring haptic feedback engines remain calibrated to the latest mobile OS updates.
