Our Terms of Service are evaluated against three core pillars: Risk Mitigation, Technical Robustness, and Operational Limits. This approach ensures that while we push the boundaries of mobile performance, the safety and IP of both LabVera and our users remain uncompromised.
01 / Terminal Definitions
The Ecosystem
Refers to labvera.pro, our mobile applications, APIs, and the integrated deployment pipeline provided to end-users.
User Artifacts
Any data, preference logs, or telemetry generated during the active runtime of our optimized software modules.
Technical Breach
Unauthorized injection of code, decompilation of binary assets, or circumvention of performance throttling protocols.
Engine Integrity
The baseline functional state of LabVera applications as defined by our core Mobile Game Architects.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing labvera.pro or deploying any LabVera-developed application, you enter into a legally binding contract with LabVera, headquartered at Alexanderplatz 1, Berlin. Your use of the service constitutes an implicit "Agree" state. If you find any clause in this repository of guidelines inconsistent with your operational requirements, you must cease all interaction with our systems immediately.
LabVera reserves the right to update these terms at any frequency dictated by EU regulatory shifts or chipset-level hardware updates (e.g., transitions to Snapdragon Gen 4 architectures). Continued use following updates indicates definitive consent to the revised legal logic.

Hardware & Performance Constraints
User acknowledges that LabVera applications are optimized for peak performance which may approach Thermal Throttling Limits on certain mid-range devices. While we aim for visual parity across device tiers, the "Service" is provided as-is, optimized for the current chipset generation.
- 01/ Reverse engineering of the optimization engine is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this contract.
- 02/ Users must not utilize automated scrapers or bots to simulate engagement with our gaming interfaces.
- 03/ Reproduction of the "LabVera" brand assets without an explicit license from our Berlin HQ is actionable under German law.
The Trade-Off Matrix
Note: Adjusting these parameters via unauthorized hardware overclocking or software modification voids our liability for device stability.
Legal Reality Checks
"I own the assets I see on the screen once I download the app."
LabVera grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license. All primary code, textures, and engine logic remain our exclusive property.
"LabVera is responsible for any lag on my connection."
We optimize the client-side binary. Network jitter, ISP failures, or server-side regional outages are outside our control domain.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Berlin. We adhere strictly to GDPR data regulations for our German and global user base, ensuring that legal compliance is as streamlined as our rendering pipelines.
